    Executive Director Application
    Deadline to apply: March 22, 2018

    Job Description: The ACEL Executive Director is to carry out any and all tasks set for by the board and the needs of the league.

    Skills:
    -Communication: Verbal and written word
    -Financial/Accounting
    -Microsoft office or similar program type(s): Word and Excel specifically
    -Website development/design


    Tasks (Executive Director tasks may include, but are not limited to):
    -Reply to emails in a timely and professional manner. 
    ​
    -Update league website including but not limited to posting scores, league calendar dates, member organization information as given. 

    -Create sports' schedules as well as set dates to be approved by the board for all league championships and events including preseason, all-state, and board meetings.

    -Travel to league championship events to present awards and assist with ceremonies. Travel to regular season and/or playoff games to assess potential issues that have been brought to the leagues attention. 

    -Prepare and place orders for all necessary league championships and other events when necessary
    included but not limited to championship and all-state t-shirts and awards. 

    -Create and print awards, coaches passes, and other necessary league documents for distribution.

    -Collect and keep a tally of all fines, fees, and other monies collected throughout the athletic year.

    -Enforce league rules including handling of fines and other disciplinary actions as deemed necessary.
