INSTRUCTIONS

An appeal form must be submitted for any official ACEL game that will not be completed in the regular season.
An appeal form must be submitted by BOTH teams for each cancelled game.
Only the administrator or athletic director made submit an appeal form.
Board decisions on cancellation appeals are final.

Please be aware that coaches may not make mutual agreements to not play an official game. The ACEL schedule must be completed by all teams to maintain fairness for all our ACEL members and to safeguard the legitimacy of our powerpoint system. Games are removed from the schedule only in extreme circumstances.

How do you request the board rule on this appeal?

The standard policy for the cancellation of an official game is forfeiture by the team requesting the change and a $500 fine for varsity games or a $300 fine for JV games.
