Board Appeal of Game Cancellation
An appeal form must be submitted for any official ACEL game that will not be completed in the regular season.
An appeal form must be
submitted by BOTH
teams for each cancelled game.
Only the administrator or athletic director made submit an appeal form.
Board decisions on cancellation appeals are final.
Please be aware that coaches may not make mutual agreements to not play an official game. The ACEL schedule must be completed by all teams to maintain fairness for all our ACEL members and to safeguard the legitimacy of our powerpoint system. Games are removed from the schedule only in

Previously Rescheduled Games
The reason(s) a game is rescheduled greatly impacts how the board considers each appeal. Many games are rescheduled multiple times. Please provide as much information as possible to help the board understand the circumstances for the reschedule especially if the game date was changed multiple times or if the date was left open ended.

How do you request the board rule on this appeal?
The standard policy for the cancellation of an official game is forfeiture by the team requesting the change and a $500 fine for varsity games or a $300 fine for JV games. In the box below, please communicate to the board how you would like for them to rule on this appeal and why that decision would be in the best interest of all our ACEL members.
The board will review appeals on a first come, first serve basis. The executive director will notify you once an appeal for has been received by both teams.
