Payment must be received prior to the commitment deadline to be included in the league schedule. Once the schedule is released, there will be no refunds for dropping out.

Please confirm that your coach's contact information and home game location is up-to-date on the your organization's page under the members' section of the ACEL website for all sports checked above. To change or update information for your organization, fill out the Information Update form located on the website.

For Basketball and Volleyball only
Basketball and Volleyball teams must submit a completed gym diagram (downloaded from the website) for their home gym. Gym diagrams must be submitted for every gym in which you regularly host home games. Gym diagrams are due by the commitment deadline for each sport. Teams will not be put on the ACEL schedule without submitting a gym diagram.
Please be aware:
Commitment fees are not refundable after the commitment deadline has passed.
There is a $500 fine for withdrawing from a sport after the commitment deadline.
