Arts & Academics Festival Commitment Form


    This form and payment must be received for each student and/or team participating in an ACEL Arts and/or Academics Festival.  
    ​Check payments to the ACEL must be mailed to PO Box 8731, Shreveport, LA 71148.  Credit card payments can be made from the ACEL website.

    ACEL ACADEMICS FESTIVAL

    Complete this section to register students for the Academic Festival.  
    Individual Competitions
    $25 per student for up to two events
    Team Competitions
    $75 per 4 person team
    To register additional students submit an additional form.

    ACEL ARTS FESTIVAL

    Complete this section to register students for the Arts Festival.
    Individual Arts Competitions
    $25 per student for up to two events
    Duet and Ensemble Arts Competitions
    $25 per duet.  $75 Small Ensemble (3-14 students), $100 Large Vocal Ensemble (15+ students) 
    If more space is needed for Arts Festival registration, submit additional forms.

    Information Update

    Please confirm that your coach's contact information and home game location is up-to-date on the your organization's page under the members' section of the ACEL website for all sports checked above.  To change or update information for your organization, fill out the Information Update form located on the website.
